摘要
介绍了邯钢钢材质保书远程打印系统在SAP、MES系统基础上,将7个轧钢厂质保书系统进行整合,建立钢材质保书审核确认专用平台,实现钢材产品质保书在系统内的统一审核确认管理,满足邯钢不同种类钢材产品的质保书开具任务。用户获取质保书可通过网络用户终端远程登录系统平台,自行下载、打印自身权限内质保书信息。系统投运后,利用自动化、网络化、信息化技术手段,实现质保书信息传递无纸化办公,提高了质保书信息传递效率。
It is introduced the remote printing system for steels quality guarantee certificate of Han Steel： based on SAP, MES systems, the quality guarantee certificate systems of 7 steel mills are integrated together to construct a special platform for verification and confirmation of steel quality certificate, to realize the uni- form verification and confirmation management of the certificate with the system, to meet the demands to write out the certificate for different kinds of steels products. The customers can get the certificate through remote log - in system platform from network terminals and self download and print the certificate within his power. This system realizes no -paper management of certificate information delivery, improves work effi- ciency with automation, network and information.
