摘要
针对承钢原有的信息系统没有信息平台支撑,沟通效率不高,企业协同工作、集中集成功能薄弱等问题,对业务流程进行了优化并建设了业务流程管理系统。该系统包括流程梳理平台、统一信息门户、统一用户认证中心、集成任务中心、业务流程中心、移动办公系统以及与外部系统的接口管理(ESB)等功能,覆盖了行政办公、财务、工程项目、采购、销售、物流安防、信息管理、人员管理等几乎所有业务线。运行后,提高了承钢的精细化管理水平,以信息化手段实现了对业务流程的管控。
To solve the problems of the original information system of Cheng Steel: no platform to support, low efficiency of information communication, weak corporation works and weak integrate function, the busi- ness process of the system is optimized, and a business flow management system is constructed. The system includes flow carding platform, uniform information portal, uniform customer verifying center, integrating task center, business flow center, movable office system and interface management of external systems, cov- ers administration, financial, engineering project, merchandise, sell, logistics and safety, information man- agement, staff management. After the system put into operation, the fine management level of Cheng Steel gets raised.
