摘要
采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、德尔菲法等,对我国体育管理专业毕业生就业质量评价指标体系进行研究。在分析我国12所体育类院校2012—2014届体育管理专业毕业生就业现状的基础上,通过3轮修订构建了包含4项一级指标、11项二级指标、33项三级指标的评价指标体系,并通过层次分析法(AHP法)计算各指标的权重。
This paper, with the methods of literature review, questionnaire, and expert interview, etc., investigated the employment quality evaluation system for Chinese sport management graduates. Based on the status quo of sport management graduates in 2012--2014 from 12 sport universities, the evaluation index system was established involving 4 first-level indicators, 11 second-level indicators and 33 third-level indicators. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was also used to calculate the weights of every index.
