我国竞技体育后备人才培养现状与发展评价

Status Quo and Evaluation of Competitive Sports Reserve Talents Training in China

以《体育事业统计年鉴》为依据,运用SPSS 22.0对我国体育系统竞技体育后备人才培养数据进行统计与分析。结果显示:当前我国竞技体育后备人才培养的系统壁垒开始被打破,越界整合趋势加强;传统培养机构数量大幅减少,开放、多元的培养体系已呈现;后备人才总量未减少,但区域性、项目间的差距十分明显;各省市后备人才数量与其竞技体育实力、经济水平及人口总数呈高度正相关。我国竞技体育后备人才培养在指导思想、发展原则、发展方式、培养格局等方面均发生了显著变化。

Based on Chinese Sports Statistics Yearbook, the study used SPSS 22.0 to analyze the statistics of competitive sports reserve talents training in China. The findings show that the system barrier has begun to break and the cross-border integration trend is speeding up; there is a large decrease of traditional training organizations on one hand and the appearance of an open and multiple training system on the other hand. Besides, no losses of the total reserve talents while an apparent gap at different regions or sports items have been found. Finally, there is a positive correlation between the number of reserve talents in various provinces or cities and their sport strength, economic levels as well as population. The study holds that there has been an obvious change for the Chinese competitive sports reserve talents training in the aspects of guiding ideology, development principles and models, and the training patterns.
