摘要
科学合理的运行方式是电力系统向用户提供持续、可靠、优质电能的保证。为了实现电力系统运行的经济、安全、优质和环保等核心目标,建立一套科学评价电力系统运行绩效的考核体系具有重要的理论和现实意义。提出一种基于可拓理论和相关性分析的电网调度运行关键绩效指标(KPI)构建方法。首先建立KPI指标的可拓模型,利用可拓理论提供的发散分析、关联分析、蕴含分析等手段构建KPI指标的拓展方式,从而形成一种挖掘电网运行绩效指标体系的系统化方法;再通过相关性分析将冗余指标进行筛选剔除。算例表明所提方法可以灵活、系统、直观地分析和建立电网运行KPI指标体系。
Scientific and reasonable operation mode is the guarantee for a power system to provide customers with continuous, reliable, high quality of electricity. To meet the core objectives in the power system operation such as economic, safety, quality and environmental, establishing a set appraisal system which could evaluate the running performance of the power system scientifically has important theoretical and practical significance. This paper proposes a construction method of the key performance indicators(KPI) based on extension theory and correlation analysis. Firstly, this paper establishs extension model of the KPI, via extension theory provided divergent analysis, correlation analysis, contains analysis and other means forming expansion method of the KPI, and provides a systematic approach to establish the index system which affect the core objective of grid operation ; then it screens out redundant indicators through correlation analysis. The example shows that this method the KPI system of grid operation can by analyzed and established flexibly, systematically and intuitively.
