摘要
对于中大型液压挖掘机,由于回转平台转动惯量大、回转动作频繁,回转系统能量损失很大.以某23T液压挖掘机为例,介绍了分析液压系统能耗的一种实验方法,对回转系统的能耗进行实验分析与研究.结果表明:发动机-液压泵-外负载功率不匹配和换向阀口压力损失严重是造成回转系统能耗大的两个主要原因.在此基础上,以减小回转系统能耗损失为目的,对回转系统的设计提出优化方案.
For medium and large hydraulic excavators, energy losses is serious in slewing system because of the large moment of inertia and frequent movement. In this paper, to introduce an experimental method of the energy consumption for hydraulic system, analysis and experimental study of slewing system's energy consumption are carried out on a twenty-three tons hydraulic excavator for example. Results show that two main reasons for serious energy consumption are: power mismatch between the engine , hydraulic pump and motor load; serious inlet pressure loss of reversing valve. On the basis of the presented experimental analysis, optimizations are proposed for reducing the energy loss of the slewing system.
