摘要 在机械类本科教学过程中,《特种加工》作为一门应用型课程,主要强调如何使学生灵活运用知识点与实践操作.区别于传统理论性教学方法,产品实际案例分析与项目模拟分组教学方法在理论与实践课程中,通过分析市场现有采用特种加工技术加工的产品的设计、加工、制造等环节,并按照产品需求,把学生分成不同项目组.与之前传统理论式教学效果相比,学生到课率显著提高,教学效果明显改观,学生考试与实践考核成绩均有大幅度提高,不仅提高学生的学习兴趣与自主学习能力,而且开拓了学生的知识视野,加深了对特种加工方法知识点的理解与运用. As an applied course in undergraduate teaching, non-traditional machining pays attention to flexible application and practice operation on knowledge points of special process for students. Unlike the traditional teaching, in the theory and practice of curriculum design,the teaching approach of product case analysis and simulation of item grouping, is making analysis on design, process and manufacture of market products, and in accordance with the requirements of product case, divides students into some project groups. Compared with the traditional theory teaching effect, students are willing to attend class significantly,and their examination and practice examination are improved remarkably. On account of that,it not only improves students' interest on learning and independent learning ability, but also broadens students' horizons of knowledge, and deepens understanding and application of special machining method.
