中国外商直接投资发展现状及趋势研究——兼论中国制造业应对部分外资撤离的策略

Investigation on China's FDI: Current and Trend——Strategies to Deal with the FDI Withdrawal in Manufacturing Industry

针对近期出现的制造业部分外资撤离现象,本文首先分析了我国外商直接投资(FDI)的整体情况和行业布局,并探讨了我国FDI变动的原因;然后基于东亚国家的FDI变动规律,对我国FDI的未来走势进行了初步判断,针对制造业部分外资撤离提出了相应的对策建议。分析表明:第一,就整体而言,不论是从FDI流入规模还是从在全球占比看,我国对FDI的吸引力依然不减;第二,从行业布局看,我国制造业领域实际使用FDI存在下降趋势;第三,东亚国家的FDI规律表明,随着人均GDP水平的进一步提高,我国FDI流入仍会不断提高。

This paper analyzed the general situation of China FDI and the layout of the industry, and then predicted the future trend of China＇s FDI based on the FDI pattern of East Asian countries, and also gave some suggestions to deal with the part FDI withdraw in manufacturing industry. Results showed that： firstly, from the point of FDI inflow scale and proportion of the world, China still has great attraction to FDI. Secondly, from industry structure, the actual use of China＇s FDI by manufacturing was decreased significantly. And thirdly, according to the FDI experience in East Asian countries, China＇s FDI inflows will continue to grow with the increase of China＇s per capita GDE
