摘要
按波力机干线功能、支线功能和辅助功能的不同需求正确制定或选用设计原则,可确保所设计的波力机科学合理、高效低耗和安全稳定地运行,可确保实现波力机的预期功能和性能——遵守拾能量最大化原则而采用聚浪罩,可低成本地大幅提高其灵敏度和拾能量;遵守拾能效率最大化原则和自行避灾原则而采用机架移动于轨道刚性固定方式和配置自动跟踪浪向与潮位的系统,可兼顾岸基式和漂浮式拾能方式的长处而弥补其缺陷;遵守配平原则和有功功率最大化原则而配置配重体,可确保因提高强度而被迫增加自重的拾-换能器效率高居不降;遵守三全原则和换能效率最大化原则而采用"水缸"技术,可确保扭矩和换能效率始终以最大值运行;遵守所用原理之间无冲突原则,可确保波力机运行流畅等。制定和遵守设计原则是理论指导开发利用波浪能实践的理性行为。种种关联的设计原则构成了波力机设计之科学合理与否的事前保证体系、事后检验或评判标准,及其商品化进程中的第一关。
according to the wave machine main function, regional function and auxiliary functions of different requirements set right or choose design principles, to ensure that the design of the wave machine is scientific and reasonable, efficient, low consumption and safe and steady operation, to ensure the realization of the expected function and performance of wave machine to pick up energy maximization principle and wave using poly cover, can significantly improve the sensitivity and pick up at low cost energy.Follow up can maximize efficiency principle and the principle to avoid disaster and rigid fixed way use rack moving in orbit and configuration of automatic tracking wave direction and tide system, consider the shore-based and floating way can pick up the advantages and make up for the defect;Adhere to the principle of balancing and active power maximiza-tion principle and configuration of counterweight body, ensures that forced to increase due to improving strength -picking transducer weight does not fall high efficiency;Adhere to the principle of three full and change can maximize efficiency princi-ple and the"tank"technology, to ensure maximum efficiency of torque and change can always to run;Adhere to the principle of no conflict between the principle, can ensure the wave machine run smoothly.To establish and adhere to the principle of design is rational behavior theory to guide the exploitation and utilization of wave energy practice.A variety of related design principles constitute the wave force of machine design scientific and reasonable or not in advance guarantee system, after the inspection or criteria, and in the process of the commercialization of the first level.
