关注幸福需求的少数民族教育观——以云南省为例

摘要 追求教育公平是树立少数民族幸福教育观的第一要义,提供教育补偿是践行少数民族幸福教育观的重要内容,实现共同发展是倡导少数民族幸福教育观的终极目标。推进少数民族教育发展的关键,不是建设城乡标准完全一致的学校,而是根据少数民族地区的具体问题,建设符合各民族群众幸福需求的"新型优质学校",由此带动少数民族教育的全面发展。 Educational equality is the fundament to foster the views on the education of happiness for ethnic groups, educational com- pensation is important for their education of happiness, and common development is the ultimate aim to advocate the views. The key to push the ethnic educational development is establishing new and high-quality schools which meet the needs of happiness for ethnic groups according to the different situations for ethnic areas, instead of the urban and rural schools with absolutely common standards, and therefore, the ethnic development is completely improved.
