摘要
本文首先论述了电动滑门系统在商务车中的重要性,阐述了汽车电动滑门系统的功用和组成,并对电动滑门的系统原理和主要功能进行了梳理,从上述两点入手,结合系统应该考虑的安全性和舒适性,对电动滑门系统的控制逻辑进行了详细的设计与研究。其内容主要包括电动滑门四种工作模式间如何转换;正常工作情况下的开门与关门如何实现;开门关门过程中驾驶员对主要开关进行操作如何处理;防夹逻辑如何处理;热保护设计;报警逻辑设计;启动卸荷逻辑设计;滑门速度如何控制;正常开关门的系统零部件时序;网络休眠及唤醒设计等等。通过对系统的认识程度不断增加,在系统逻辑中进行了对滑门电机、离合器、闭锁电机、解锁电机和防夹条的断路或异常检测,并在检测到异常后使系统进行相应的功能禁止,如禁止电动功能或禁止电动关门功能等。
This paper firstly discusses the importance of power-operated sliding door (PSD)system in commercial vehicles, and expounds the function and structure of the PSD system, also generalizes the principle of PSD and the main function.From the above two points,this paper designs and researches detailedly in allusion to the control logic of PSD in combination with the satty and comfortly of the system.Its content mainly includes the PSD between the four working modes how to convert:work normally open and shut the door how to implement,the door is closed in the process of driver operating the main switch, how to deal with clip logic,thermal protection design,Alarm logic design,Start unloading logic design, how to control the speed of the sliding door, normal closed system components sequence,network sleep and wake up design and so on.Increasing the degree of understanding of the system,in the system logic to the sliding door motor, clutch, atresia, unlock the motor and the clamp of the cut-off or anomaly detection,and make the system accordingly after detected abnormal function is prohibited, such as the ban electric fimction or closed electric function.
