摘要
基于损伤等效原则,用台架试验方法分析和预测钢板弹簧在试验场的疲劳寿命。首先通过台架试验建立钢板弹簧的应力寿命S-N曲线,在试验场载荷谱数据采集的基础上,分析钢板弹簧台架试验次数与整车试验里程之间的当量关系,预测钢板弹簧是否满足整车使用条件,并在试验场进行整车道路试验验证。试验结果表明采用零部件S-N曲线和载荷谱结合方法,能够通过台架试验较准确预测钢板弹簧在试验场的使用寿命。
Based on equal damage principle, the fatigue life of leaf spring in proving ground was predicted by bench test method. First the fatigue life S-N curve of leaf spring was built by bench test. Combined with load spectrum acquisition in proving ground, the leaf spring equivalent relation between durability cycles by bench test and road running kilometers was determined. Then the using feasibility of leaf spring in proving ground was evaluated, and the leaf spring road verification test was completed in proving ground. The result shows that the proving ground fatigue life of leaf spring can be calculated in bench test with component S-N curve and load spectrum
