以1,2-双(4-吡啶基)乙烷为配体的铜(Ⅱ)配位聚合物的合成和晶体结构

Synthesis and crystal structure of copper coordination polymer constructed from1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethane ligand

摘要 以CuCl2·2H2O和1,2-双(4-吡啶基)乙烷(bpe)为原料,在水热条件下合成出一个二维层状结构的配位聚合物[Cu2Cl2(bpe)]n(1).利用单晶X-射线衍射、元素分析、红外光谱、粉末X-射线衍射等对该化合物进行了表征.结构分析表明,化合物1属单斜晶系,P21/c空间群,晶胞参数:a=3.788 1(12),b=15.067(5),c=10.904(3),β=96.460(4)°,V=618.4(3)3,Z=2,Dc=2.053g/cm3,μ=3.84 9mm-1,F(000)=380,R1=0.040 9,wR2=0.099 9[I>2σ(I)].在化合物1晶体中,Cu2+通过μ3-Cl桥连沿a轴方向形成之字型双链梯形结构,进一步通过bpe配体沿b轴方向拓展连接形成二维层状结构. Copper coordination polymer, [ Cuz Clz (bpe)]. (1) (bpe = 1,2-bis (4-pyridyl)ethane), has been synthesized by hydrothermal reactions, which have been structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR spectra and power X-ray diffraction.The single crystal structure analy- sis reveals that the compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system and space group P21/o with a 3.788 1(12),b=15.067(5),c=10.904(3) A,t3=96.460(4), V=618.4(3) A3,Z=2,Dc=2.053g/cm3,μ =3.849 mm-1 ,F(000) = 380,R1 =0.040 9, wR2 = 0.099 9 [I〉2σ(I)].X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the copper ions and chlorine ions form one-dimensional ladder structure, which is further linked by bpe ligand and finallv forms two-dimensional layered network.
