摘要
为了研究三种不同宽度规格充气垫缓冲材料的耐压爆破强度,通过利用耐压试验机对不同规格的充气垫进行爆破损坏实验,记录破损时充气垫压强、破损位置,研究充气垫的爆破损坏过程,分析不同规格充气垫爆破压强之间的关系;同时选择两种厚度的充气垫薄膜材料,对其相同规格耐压性能进行对比。实验结果表明,充气垫破损过程分为三个阶段,充气饱满阶段——稳定阶段——鼓包破损阶段.对于不同规格的充气垫,宽度越小的充气垫破损压强较大,宽度越大的充气垫破损压强较小;薄膜厚度较薄的充气垫,其破损压强较小.因此,充气垫稳定阶段的压强范围是应用时压强的适用范围.在实际应用时,宽度规格较小的充气垫初始内压较大,宽度规格较大的充气垫初始内压较小,薄膜厚度较厚的充气垫,其初始内压范围较大.
Study on the pressure blasting strength of air filled cushion with three different widths. For different widths of air filled cushion, the blasting damage experiment were carried out using pressure testing machine,the damaged pressure and damage location were re corded,research the blasting damage process, and analysis the relationship of the blasting pressure between different air filled cushion. At the same time choose two kinds of thickness film material, compared to the blasting pressure with the same specifications. The experiment results show that the air filled cushion damage process is divided into three stages, inflatable full stage -stable stage bulge breakage stage. For different widths of air filled cushion, the smaller width has bigger damaged pressure, the greater width has less pressure. For the same specifications of air filled cushion, the thinner film material has lower damaged pressure. Conclusion,The pressure range stable stage of air filled cushion is the compatible pressure in application ; Initial pressure of small width air filled cushion is bigger,the width of the larger air filled cushion is small. The thicker film material of air filled cushion, its initial inrnal pressure range is larger.
