摘要
利用传统高温固相法合成了一种新颖的绿色荧光粉Ba9Lu2Si6O24∶Eu2+.通过X-射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)对已得荧光粉样品进行了结构表征;通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了样品的形貌;利用激发、发射谱系统地研究了样品的荧光特性.结果表明:样品在紫外-蓝光(250~480 nm)区域有很好的吸收,并在375nm激发下,得到505 nm处明显的宽绿光发射带.这些结果说明:Ba9Lu2Si6O24∶Eu2+荧光粉是一种很有应用前景的白光LED用绿色荧光粉.
A novel green-emitting Ba9Lu2Si6024: Eu2+ phosphor was synthesized by conventional solid-state re- action method. The phase formation of as-prepared samples were investigated by X-ray diffraction ( XRD ). The particle morphology was determined by scanning electron microscope (SEM). Photoluminescence excita- tion and emission spectra indicated that the phosphor could be eficiently excited by UV-blue light (250 ~480 nm), and presented broad green emission. The result indicated that Ba9Lu2Si6O24:Eu2+ would be a promising green-emitting phosphor for white LEDs.
