摘要 研究了在水-有机溶剂双液相体系中用离子液体1-甲基-3-(3-磺酸基丙基)咪唑磷钨酸化铬(Cr([MIMPS]3PW12O40)3)催化降解纤维素为5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)的反应;考察了催化剂的类型和用量、溶剂比、反应时间和温度等因素对产物收率的影响.实验结果表明,催化剂用量为0.1 g,反应温度为140℃,反应4 h,水和四甲基二戊酮的体积比为5∶5时,5-HMF和还原糖的收率分别为52.5%和77.8%. A solid heteropolyacid salt Cr( [ MIMPS ] 3PW12 040)3 was used as a heterogeneous catalyst for the production of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural { 5-HMF } from cellulose in a water-methyl isobutyl ketone biphasic sys- tem. The effects of the type and amount of catalysts, the volume ratio of solvent, reaction time and tempera- ture on 5-HMF yields were investigated. The 5-HMF yield of 52.5% and TRS yield of 77.8% were achieved at 140 ℃ for 4 h over 0.1 g Cr{ [MIMPS]3PW12O40}3 in a water-methyl isobutyl ketone (5 : 5) biphasic sys- tem. Hence a new path for the efficient and green conversion of cellulose to 5-hydroxymethylfurfural was pro- vided.
