基于结构方程模型的潜江小龙虾产业集群竞争力评价

Evaluation of the Competitiveness of Qianjiang's Crayfish Industrial Cluster based on Structural Equation Model

采用湖北省潜江市小龙虾产业集群统计数据及实地调研的资料,分别从要素条件、需求条件、企业战略结构与竞争、相关和支持性产业、政府、社会历史传统与文化习惯等影响因素的视角,运用结构方程模型(SEM),构建了测度和评价农业产业集群竞争力的模型。结果表明,要素条件、需求条件、企业战略结构与竞争、相关和支持性产业等四个要素对农业产业集群竞争力具有直接的推动作用,而政府、社会历史传统与文化习惯等要素则通过作用于其他要素对竞争力起到间接的推动作用;要素条件、相关和支持性产业对企业战略结构与竞争力有着正向的影响。

Based on the relevant theories of evaluation of the competitiveness of agricultural industrial cluster in the domes-tic and foreign literature, this paper builds a theoretical model to measure and evaluate the competitiveness of agricultural in-dustrial cluster, by using the survey data come from the investigation on Qianjiang＇s crawfish industrial cluster. The paper us-es the structural equation modeling （SEM）, including six elements such as factor conditions, demand conditions, the enter-prise＇s strategies, organization structure and competition, the related and supporting industries, governmental behavior and the historical traditions and cultural habits, which affect the competitiveness of agricultural industrial cluster in different way. The results showed that factor conditions, demand conditions, the enterprise＇s strategies, organization structure and competition and the related and supporting industries promote the competitiveness of the agricultural industrial cluster directly. While govern-mental behavior and the historical traditions and cultural habits promote the competitiveness of the agricultural industrial clus-ter indirectly through their effects on the former four elements. At the same time, factor conditions and the related and sup-porting industries have a positive impact on the enterprise＇s strategies, organization structure and competition.
