摘要
及时准确的应急决策是电力应急处置的关键环节。基于本体推理,通过本体模型分析的方法,将电力突发事件本体模型分为突发事件和处理流程二元模型,在此基础上对各个元模型进行本体推理分析,得到了各个元模型的构成元素,进而设计出电力应急处置决策模型,包括本体模型库管理系统、本体模型库、思想库、应急处置知识自我学习系统、报警系统、知识推理机、决策方案7个模块。通过该模型实现了从案例到应急决策方案的智能匹配和生成。
Timely and accurate emergency decision-making is the key to power emergency disposal. Based on ontology reasoning, this paper first analyzed ontology model of power emergency, got emergency events metamodel and disposal process meta-model. Then the elements of each meta-model were obtained through ontology reasoning and analysis of each model. Lastly the power emergency decision-making models were designed, including seven modules of ontology model base management systems, ontology model library, think tanks, knowledge of emergency response self-learning systems, alarm systems, knowledge inference, decision-making program. Smart matching and emergency decision generating can be achieved by experience cases using this model.
