摘要
为了加快矿井自动化建设步伐,大柳塔煤矿实现了中转水仓自动化排水系统,改变了传统采用继电器控制,泵开停由人工完成的方式,实现了设备运行状态及参数远程监测与控制。本文设计了基于环网结构的中转水仓自动化排水系统,探讨了系统构架、主要功能、软件应用以及达到的经济效益和下步计划。此系统的建立,提高了煤矿井下排水的安全性和可靠性,加快了世界一流矿井建设,结果表明具有推广意义。
In order to accelerate the automation construction of coalmine, Daliuta coalmine realizes automation drainage system of mine transfer water sump, changes traditional relay control, open or stop the pump was completed by people, and to realize remote monitoring and control of equipment operational condition and parameter. Automation drainage system was designed based on looped network structure in the paper. In addition, the paper discussed the systematic framework, main functions, software application to achieve economic benefits and next plan. Safety and reliability was improved greatly on the underground drainage and accelerated the first-class mine constructions due to the establishment of this system. The results show that it is significance for popularization.
