摘要
动平衡是旋转机械振动故障治理的重要手段之一。动平衡的计算原理并不复杂,但计算过程涉及很多三角函数、矢量式、行列式或矩阵的运算,容易出错且效率不高。如果用绘制矢量示意图法,效率高但精度低,动平衡结果误差很大。如果用计算机编写程序实现动平衡计算,能够保证准确度和精度,但携带很不方便。所以,笔者把手机作为程序开发的载体,用Flash作为程序开发平台,从而实现准确、高效、便携、可视化的动平衡计算。
Dynamic balance is one of the important methods to manage rotating machinery vibration fault. Dynamic balance calculation principle is not complex, but the calculation process involves many trigonometric functions, vector, determinant or matrix calculations, it is easy to make mistake and the efficiency is not high. If we use draw vector diagram method, the efficiency is high but accuracy is low, and the dynamic balance results have large deviation. If we use computer programming to realize dynamic balance calculation, it can ensure the accuracy and precision, but the problem is it is not easy to carry. Therefore, the author use mobile phone as program development carrier, take Flash as a program development platform, thus to realize dynamic balance calculation with accurate, efficient, easily to carry and visual.
