质与量:高校协同创新藩篱问题刍议

Quantity and Quality: Discussion on the University Collaborative Innovation Barriers Problems

高校协同创新是指通过加强高校系统内部间以及系统内外部之间的沟通、交流和合作,构建有序架构,以求更为高效地进行创新。但是,就现状来看,我国高校在协同创新领域存在诸多藩篱,这主要表现在质与量两个方面。高校协同创新质量藩篱的跨越主要包括思想观念跨越、运行机制跨越和保障机制跨越三个方面。

University collaborative innovation refers to strengthening the communication,eXchanges and cooperation between the internal and eXternal university and college systems,and the construction of the orderly structure to make more effective innovation. However,at present,many obstacles eXist in the Chinese colleges and universities in the field of collaborative innovation,it mainly displays in two aspects：quality and quantity. University collaborative innovation quality barriers spanning across measures mainly includes three aspects：spanning across in the idea changing,operating mechanism and safeguard mechanism.
