摘要
《论国家的作用》是洪堡自由主义教育思想的杰作,它为教育中的国家立场与个人立场进行博弈树立了基本的标杆。洪堡为教育中的国家划定了界线,即国家对于教育的不干涉主义,国家对于教育的全部意义在于保障自由人的培养,这种最小国家观念正是那个时代德国教育思想的一个缩影。当代中国需要明晰国家在教育中应扮演的角色,摆正其在教育中的位置。审慎地对待教育中的国家界限问题正是洪堡《论国家的作用》提供给我们的教育思考。
The Role of the State written by Humboldt is famous for his liberal educational idea,and establishes a basic benchmark for gaming between the state stance and the individual stance. Humboldt has set a boundary for a country in education,that is,the country does not interfere with the education,and the country should strive to ensure that the education provides liberty for individuals. This concept of minimum national consciousness is eXactly a miniature of German educational idea at that time. At the contemporary time,China needs to make clear the role the country plays in the education and to straighten its position in the education. Considering the national boundary issue in the education prudently is eXactly the educational thought given by Humboldt’s book The Role of the State.
