摘要
为了满足热辊电机轴承在高速、高温环境中长期连续运转润滑的需要,通过对超微油雾润滑的原理及逻辑程序的讨论以及重要参数的计算,得出此系统既可以对热辊电机轴承进行润滑,又可以通过压缩空气对轴承进行冷却,是长丝FDY生产的重要配套设备;表明该系统具有运行稳定、成本低等优点。
In order to cater the environment with high speed and high temperature for the bear- ings of the hot roller motor for long-term continuous lubrication performance, conclusion is made that the lubrication system can either do lubricating or cooling through the compressed air to the bearings of the hot roller motor through the discussion of the principle and logic pro- gram and the calculation of the important parameters, thus an important corollary equipment of FDY filament production with the advantages of stable operation and low cost.
