环锭细纱机滚珠丝杆副在集体落纱装置中的应用

为了探讨环锭细纱机滚珠丝杆创在集体落纱装置中应用的可行性，介绍了滚动丝杆刚装置与滑动丝杆副装置的原理并对比分析了两者在集体落纱装置应用中的优缺点，实践表明滚珠丝杆副装置具有传动效率高、结构紧凑、传动无间隙、无爬行、启动力矩小、运转平稳、传动精度高的优点。

In order to study the feasibility of ball screw couple of the ring spinning frame in the collective doffing device application,with contrast of advantages and disadvantages of the slid- ing screw couple. Intrduction is done to the work-how of the ball screw couple and the sliding screw couple ,it proves that the ball screw device has the advantages of high transmission efficiency,compact structure, driving with free gap and crawling, small starting torque, stable op- eration and high driving accuracy.
