摘要
教育政策评估标准的建构是教育政策评估问题的核心,系统且科学的教育政策评估标准是进行政策评估的前提。为解决当前评估标准建构的系统性不足和评估标准自身的发展性问题,以形式、事实和价值三点为维度对教育政策评估标准进行重新构建,有助于在社会主义核心价值观统摄下为教育政策评估建立科学性和适用性兼俱的评估准则。
The key of educational policy evaluation is the construction of its criteria which is the precondition of edu- cational policy evaluation. To solve the problem of lacking systematieness and progressiveness in the educational policy e- valuation criteria, we can rebuild the educational policy evaluation criteria with three dimensions of form, fact and value, which is of great help to establish scientific and applicable evaluation criteria under the socialist core values.
