摘要
漆酶是一种具有高效催化效用的氧化酶。它的催化产物为水,完全不对环境产生任何污染,因而其利用受到各方研究人员越来越多的关注。近年来,随着新型材料、环境保护等相关领域的高速发展,大量高质量、高性能的材料在固定化漆酶方向得以应用。纳米磁性复合载体就是其中一种。它在回收循环利用、提高利用效率以及扩大漆酶可使用条件方面的效果明显。
Laccase as a kind of oxidases, which has a high efficiency catalysis. And its catalysate is H2O that means laccase is absolutely without any polluted. So, more and more attentions have being paid on laecase because of this. In recent years, with the rapid development of the researches in materials, environment, and other related areas, grewmg numbers of new and high quality materials have been made into the carries of immobilized laccase. The magnetic nanoporticle composite immobilized the free-state laccase is a kind of the new materials, which has a good effect on improving its utilization factor, recycling and expanding usable conditions.
