摘要
通过全面分析四川省会东县岔河2010~2014年份烤烟烟叶外观质量、化学成分和感官质量指标,提炼出会东烟叶清甜香型的风格特色以及相应的技术指标,并探讨彰显会东烟叶清甜香型风格特色的生产技术措施。
Based on a full dissection of appearance quality, chemical components and sensory quality of the flue-cured tobacco leaf sampled from the year 2010 to 2014 in Chahe of Huidong County in Sichuan Province, this study is aiming to summarize the sweet flavor style characteris- tics and coordinated technical indicators of tobacco leaf in Huidong and to discuss the production technical measures to manifest the sweet flavor style characteristics of tobacco leaf in Huldong County.
