创造力训练课程的开发,有助于学生发展成为高层次的人才,有助于有效地发展学生的全面素质,有助于改变机械地进行应试训练的局面,有助于发展人性,有助于推动中国社会的大发展。课程开发的基本理念有:以学习为中心,凸显学习的自主化、个性化,在完整的学习经验中强调创造性学习经验,体现创造性学习文化。课程的结构要素有:学习目标,学习内容,学习方式,学习评价。本课程开发在运作机制上关注完整的课程运作过程,在决策过程中发挥校长的核心作用,在课程设计中充分地采取研讨的方式。
The development of creativity training curriculum can help students become high level talents, develop students' whole quality effectively, change the situation that students accept mechanical examination-oriented training, develop human nature and promote China's great development. The basic beliefs of this curriculum include: learning-centered; learning is autonomous and individualized; to emphasize creative learning experiences within integrated learning experiences and to embody creative learning culture. The structure elements of this curriculum include: learning aims; learning content; learning method and learning evaluation. The operation mechanism of this curriculum pays attention to completing curriculum operation process, making the principal act as the core in decision-making and using the seminar form in curriculum design.
