摘要
本试验旨在探讨日粮不同仪一半乳糖苷酶添加水平对生长猪生长性能和营养物质表观消化率的影响,并研究仿生酶法对酶制剂评价试验的准确性。试验选用180头生长猪(杜×长×大),试验初始体重为(18.45±2.00)kg,按照随机区组试验设计,分为5个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复6头猪(公、母各半)。日粮d一半乳糖苷酶添加量为0、100、200、300、400U/l(g,试验期为24d。仿生酶法使用相同处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复1根模拟消化管。结果表明:相对于其他处理组,添加300U/kg α-半乳糖苷酶显著提高了平均日采食量和平均日增重(P〈0.05);随着α-半乳糖苷酶添加量的增加,大部分营养物质的体内外消化率呈二次提高(P〈0.05);仿生酶法的消化率与体内消化率高度相关。本试验证明,18~33kg生长猪的该α-半乳糖苷酶最适宜添加水平为300U/kg,且仿生酶法可准确预测体内消化率,用于酶制剂的体外评价试验。
The objective of this study was to demonstratie the effects of α-galactosidase supplementation on performance and nutrient digestibility in vivo and in vitro of growing pigs, and accuracy of simulative digestion method on enzyme evaluation trails. A total of 180 crossbred pigs(DurocxLandracexLarge White), weighing 18.45±2.00 kg, were assigned to one of five treatments using a complete randomized block design. Each treatment contained six pens (three male pens and three female pens) with six pigs per pen. The experiment lasted for 24 days. A basal diet was formulated on the basis of corn and soybean meal and the other four experimental diets were identical to the basal diet with the exception that 100, 200, 300 or 400 U/kg of α-galactosidase was included in these diets. The simulative digestion method used the same diets above with five replicates per treatment. Addition of 300 U/kg of α-galactosidase increased average daily gain and average daily feed intake (P〈0.05), and nutrient digestibility both in vivo and in vitro showed a quadratic increase digestion was highly optimum for growing (P〈0.05) as increasing α-galactosidase supplementation. Digestibility measured by simulative correlated with in vivo digestibility. It is concluded that 300 U/kg of α-galactosidase would be pigs and simulative digestion method is potential for feed enzyme evaluation.
