摘要
在Pro/E中,采用方程生成基准曲线,得到凸轮的理论轮廓曲线,然后通过偏移图元得到实际轮廓曲线,设计快捷、直观、精确,配合参数化造型,不同规格的修改也很方便。设计完成后可通过仿真分析,验证设计要求,确保了设计的正确。
In Pro/E, the theoretical profile curve of the cam can be acquired by the benchmark curves which are generated from equations. Then the actual profile curve is obtained by offset primitives. This design is quick, visualized and accurate. In addition, it is convenient to modify different specifications of changes. After the designing, the requirements can be verified through the simulation analysis. As a consequence, the accuracy of the design is guaranteed.
