摘要
分析了轮廓误差与磨削速度之间的关系并通过模型进行验证,提出基于凸轮曲率变化指导(基圆)磨削速度,曲率变化大(敏感区)的部分低速磨削,变化小的部分采用高速磨削。所提出的凸轮磨削轮廓误差与磨削速度之间的特性关系能够为凸轮机械加工过程提供理论指导。
