钳形车架总成板簧距尺寸分析及其精度提升途径

摘要 车架总成左右板簧距(以下简称板簧距)是车架总成的关键尺寸参数,从实测板簧距数据出发,简要分析板簧距尺寸超差原因,并从工艺改善和设计改善两方面角度提出提升板簧距尺寸精度的几种方法,为国内卡车生产商提升车架总成板簧距尺寸精度提供参考。 Frame assembly from the left to right spring (hereinafter referred to as the spring pitch) is a key dimension parameters of frame assembly, this paper from the data from the measured leaf spring of spring, a brief analysis from the super size difference reason, and from the process design and improvement to improve two aspects and puts forward several methods to enhance the spring from the dimension precision.
