摘要
自80年代起,我国机械行业就开始了机床数控化的改造,它是提高机床数控化率的主要途径之一,也是我国近20年来一直推广和普及的机械化课题。机床数控化可以极大提高机械设备的自动化能力和生产效率,满足企业由于不断增大的生产量而对设备提出的高要求。主要介绍了XK5040机床的数控化改造设计方案,并针对进给传动系统和数控计算机系统等局部技术环节对XK5040机床的数控化改造技术进行了解析。
