摘要
涂装车间作为汽车工厂的主要污染源,其喷漆室的废气通常采用排气筒直接高空排放,对环境污染严重。针对喷漆室废气风量大、浓度低的特点,通过几种废气处理方式的综合对比,制定出适用于喷漆室废气处理的方案,并在某汽车涂装项目中成功运用,喷漆室废气经过处理后达到排放标准,经济可行。
As the main pollutant source in automotive plant, the exhaust gas from spray booth is usually discharged to atmosphere directly through the stack. It will lead to serious environment pollution. Generally, the exhaust gas from spray booth has large wind volume and low VOC concentration. In view of the feature, the VOC abatement solution about the exhaust gas from spray booth is formulated by comparing various methods used widely, and has applied in certain project successfully. According to practice, the VOC concentration of the exhaust gas from spray booth meets the emission standard properly and economic feasibility.
