摘要
应用时域有限差分(FDTD)方法研究了余弦调制高斯脉冲通过短支路结构金属-电介质-金属(MDM)波导的光谱传输特性。从理论上讨论了由短支路结构内形成的简振驻波可以使波导具有滤波特性。FDTD仿真结果证明,输出光谱的透射率周期在短波长段较小,长波长段较大;短支路长度越长,透射率周期数越多。以上特性可用于制作波导滤波器和波导光开关,也可以用于光子器件集成和传感器领域。
The transmission spectra of the metal-dielectric-metal (MDM) waveguide with stub structure under the illumination of cosine modulated Gaussian pulse is investigated using finite difference time domain (FDTD) method. The wave filter character of the waveguide induced by the simple harmonic standing wave in the stub structure is discussed theoretically. It is verified by the FDTD simulation, that the periods of the transmission of the output spectra are shorter at the short waves section, and longer at the longer waves section.
