摘要
在数控机床加工中,导致零件尺寸误差的原因有很多,本文主要分析了反向间隙产生误差的原因、并通过实验得出反向间隙的检测方法,以及采用垫片调隙,螺纹调隙和齿差调隙在实际数控加工中的消除反向间隙误差的实用性。
In the NC machine, there are many reasons for the part dimension error detection method, this papermainly analyzes the reasons, the reverse gap error is obtained by experiment and the reverse gap, the gap adjusting screw gas- ket, adjustable gap and differential gear clearance adjustment in the actual NC machining in practical reverse gap errorelimination.
