摘要
使用复合材料对汽车进行轻量化设计是近年来发展较为迅速的汽车轻量化技术之一。通过了解现有的复合材料及其所选用的成型工艺在汽车上的部分应用,能得知各成型工艺生产的复合材料具有的性能。在后期的开发中,使用有限元仿真技术,测试各成型工艺所生产复合材料在汽车其它部件的使用,推动其在汽车轻量中设计中得到更为广泛的运用。
Using composites to reduce the weight of the vehicle is one of the fastest technologies in the field of the lightweight design of automobile. After knowing the existing composites partly used in automobile industry and the way to produce them, we can truly acquire the characteristics of these composites. These natures which can be applied in other parts of the vehicle was tested by the method of finite analysis, dramatically improving the application of composites in the lightweight design of automobile.
