移动护理工作站的应用对健康教育知晓率的效果观察

Effects of mobile nursing workstation on improving awareness rate of health education in inpatients

目的通过对应用移动护理工作站后住院患者健康教育知晓率的效果观察,为移动护理工作站在临床的推广应用提供科学依据。方法应用移动护理工作站前后随机抽取4个病区的180位患者进行健康教育知晓率调查,应用移动护理工作站前进行常规教育作为观察组,对照组除常规教育外配备3个移动护理工作站,设计电子化的健康教育评估评价表,健康教育项目专科化,健康教育形式多样化等一系列流程改进,对2组住院患者的健康教育知晓率进行比较。结果对照组中知晓81例(45%)、部分知晓76例(42.2%)、不知晓23例(12.8%),观察组知晓139例(77.2%)、部分知晓34例(18.9%)、不知晓7例(3.9%)。2组患者应用移动护理工作站前后健康教育知晓率比较采用χ2检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论移动护理工作站应用后,通过电子化的健康教育评估评价表,提供个体化、专科化、针对性的教育内容,并能在床边实时完成所有健康教育记录,移动护理工作站提供了丰富的教育内容和全面的患者信息,为健康教育者提供了有力的系统支持,可以提高住院患者健康教育的知晓率,具有临床应用及推广价值。

Objective To assess the effects of mobile nursing workstation on improving the awareness rate of health edu- cation in inpatients, and provide scientific basis for the generalization of mobile nursing workstation. Methods Before and after the application of mobile nursing workstation, 180 patients from 4 wards were randomly selected for the health educa- tion awareness survey. The control group received the regular education, while the observation group was also equipped with three mobile nursing stations on the basis of the regular education, the mobile nursing stations included electronic e- valuation table for health education assessment, health education program specialization, and diversification of health edu- cation styles. The awareness rate of health education was compared between the two groups. Results In the control group,81 cases were of awareness （ 45% ）, 76 cases of partially awareness （ 42.2% ）, and 23 cases of unawareness （ 12.8% ） ;in the observation group,139 cases were of awareness （77.2%） ,34 cases of partially awareness（ 18.9% ）, and 7 cases of unawareness（3.9% ）. The difference in the awareness rate was statistically significance by Chi square test （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The mobile nursing workstation can provide health educators with a strong support system,in- cluding educational content and comprehensive patient information. The application of mobile nursing workstation may im- prove the awareness of health education of inpatients, and worth promoting in clinic.
