细化护理细节在保证小儿支气管镜术安全中的应用

目的探讨细化护理细节在小儿纤维支气管镜术(FFB)护理干预中的应用效果,以完善护理流程,保证小儿纤维支气管镜术的安全。方法将2013年1月—2014年12月收治的122例选择实施纤维支气管镜术治疗的患儿作为研究对象,按照入院时间将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各61例,观察组患儿给予建立细化护理细节小组进行护理干预,对照组患儿采用常规护理模式进行干预,并采用SPSS 14.0统计学软件对2组患儿的临床疗效,进镜成功率,术后并发症发生情况及护理满意度等进行统计分析。结果护理干预后,观察组患儿进镜成功率为98.36%,对照组患儿进镜成功率为88.52%,观察组患儿进镜成功率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.952,P=0.029);观察组患儿术后并发症发生率为18.03%,对照组患儿术后并发症发生率为39.34%,观察组患儿术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.024,P=0.018);观察组患儿纤维支气管镜术操作时间及护理满意度评分均显著优于对照组[(1.0±0.4)h/(1.5±0.7)h,(17.35±2.67)分/(15.32±2.09)分],差异有统计学意义(t=3.428、3.715,P=0.030,0.023)。结论建立细化护理细节对行小儿纤维支气管镜检查患儿进行护理干预,可有效提高纤维支气管镜的治疗疗效,降低了术后并发症的发生,确保小儿纤维支气管镜检安全进行,值得临床广泛推广和应用。

Objective To evaluate the application of the detailed specific nursing on ensure security of pediatric fiberoptic bronchoscopy. Methods A total of 122 with pediatric fiberoptic bronchoscopy from January 2013 to December 2014 were chosen and were divided into the control group（n = 61 ） and the observation group （ n = 61 ） according to the admission time, Nurses establish specific nursing for the nursing intervention of observation group, and they gave routine care inter- vention to the control group. Results After the intervention, the success rate of into the mirror were higher in the observation group than those in the control group （ 98.36%/88.52% ）, the differences were statistically significant （ x^2 = 3. 952, P = 0. 029） ; The incidence rate of postop- erative complication was 18.03 % in the observation group, and was lower than 39.34% in the control group （x^2 = 5. 024, P = 0.018 ） ;the time of FFB operative and nursing satisfaction scores were better in the experimental group than those in the control group [ （ 1.0 ± 0.4 ） / （ 1.5 ± 0.7 ） h, （ 17.35 ± 2.67 ） / （ 15.32 ±2.09 ） score ], the differences were statistical- ly significant（ t = 3. 428,3. 715 ,P = 0. 030 ,0. 023 ）. Conclusion To establish detailed specific nursing team in pediatric fiberoptic bronchoscopy can significantly reduce the incidence rate of postoperative complication, and increase the clinical efficacy of treatment, Ensure the safety of pediatric fiberoptic bronchoscopy, It is worthy of wider promotion and applica- tion.
