西沙群岛驻岛礁官兵心理健康状况及其影响因素

Mental Health Status of Servicemen on Paracel Islands and its Influential Factors

目的:评价西沙群岛驻岛礁官兵的心理健康状况,分析相关影响因素。方法:采用90项症状清单(SCL-90)对163名西沙群岛驻岛礁官兵进行测评,评估其心理健康状况及相关影响因素。结果:除人际敏感和恐怖因子分低于中国军人常模外(t=-2.05,P=0.04;t=-3.48,P=0.00),驻岛礁军人SCL-90各因子分与中国军人常模相比无显著差异(P均>0.05);心理问题检出率为34.36%,不同性别军人的心理健康问题检出率存在及其显著差异(χ2=34.77,P=0.00),女性(94.74%)远高于男性(26.39%);SCL-90总分与性别、年龄、婚恋状况、军龄、职别、驻地相关(P均<0.05);进入SCL-90总分回归方程的变量只有驻地(β=-0.36,t=-3.48,P=0.00)。结论:驻岛礁军人心理健康状况总体良好,但心理问题检出率仍然较高,驻地环境是影响其心理健康水平的最主要因素。

Objective：To evaluate the mental health status of servicemen on Paracel Islands,and to analyze the influential factors.Methods：163 servicemen on islands were surveyed by Symptom checklist-90（SCL-90） to estimate the mental health status and its influential factors.Results：The mean scores of interpersonal sensitivity and phobic factor were lower than Chinese army normal（t =-2.05,-3.48,P〈0.05）,while the mean scores of the other factors had no difference with the normal.The prevalence of psychological problems was 34.36%,and the prevalence of different gender had significantly difference（χ^2 = 54.16,P〈0.01）.The mean scores of total SCL-90 were related to gender,age,marital status,years of service,official rank and station surrounding.Only station surrounding entered the regression equation of the SCL-90 scores（β =-0.36,t =-3.48,P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The mental health status of servicemen on islands is good in general,but the prevalence of psychological problems is still high.The important influential factor is station surrounding.
