摘要
教育部全国高校教师网络培训中心举办了《英语语音课程教学培训》后,针对培训教师进行的跟踪调查表明:网络培训后,教师的科研实力和教学能力明显提高;在教学过程中能转变教学理念、丰富教学内容、调整教学顺序、突出教学重点、改善教学氛围、优化教学步骤、整合教学模式、实践创新教法、拓展备课资料、强化教学检测;并且探索出前沿书籍、专业网站、网络课程及语音门诊等实现专业发展的新途径。
After the network training program Teaching English Pronunciation by Higher EducationInstitutions Teacher Online Training Centerwhich was set up by the Ministry of Education,the longitudi-nal study on the participants reveals that the program has evidently promoted the teachers' scientificresearch capability and teaching competence. During the process of teaching,the teachers who have par-ticipated in the program,managed to transform teaching concepts,enrich teaching contents,adjust teach-ing order,highlight the focal points,improve teaching atmosphere,optimize teaching procedures,integrateteaching modes,practice innovative methods,expand the teaching resources and strengthen teaching as-sessment. Furthermore,the teachers explored new approaches for their professional development,such asfrontier books,professional websites,network training courses and pronunciation clinics.
