摘要
职前教育视角下教学技能的概念需考虑职前教师的特征,关注不同层次,可练习、可示范的外显行为,同时意识到其中包含的认知过程。教学技能的整体范围和层次都可通过图表显示,但还需在实践中进一步细化。
It's beneficial to understand the connotation of teaching skills from the perspectives ofpre-service teacher education. The definition teaching skills should be considered from the characteris-tics of pre-service teachers and consist of multilevel, trainable, demonstrable overt behaviors and thecognitive process involved. Its scope and level can be illustrated by a chart but the specification ofeach skill is to be further explored in practice.
