台州大学生寝室文化建设的调查与思考

A Survey and Reflection on Dormitory Culture Construction for Taizhou College Students

经调查,台州四所高校的寝室文化总体良好,学生寝室生活基本和谐,但同时也存在不少问题,如硬件设施有待改善,规章制度和行为公约有待规范,精神文化生活有待丰富等。结合调查结果,提出以下三个措施:加强物质文化建设,提升精神文化生活;建立健全寝室制度,规范寝室生活行为;加强寝室文化队伍建设,发挥学生主体作用,充分利用党团组织等阵地。

In terms of survey findings, the dormitory culture is in good development status in fourcolleges of Taizhou. However, there have been some problems as facilities, regulations and conductsand spiritual cultural constructions should be strengthened. The following measures are put forward： tostrengthen the construction of material culture, to promote the construction of spiritual culture; to im-prove dormitory management system construction, to regulate dormitory life, to build cultural team, toexert student principal role and to fully use various of bases.
