罗红霉素缓释片联合丹参片治疗精囊炎的疗效

Effects of Roxithromycin sustained release tablets combined with Danshen tablets in the treatment of seminal vesiculitis

目的：研究罗红霉素缓释片联合丹参片治疗精囊炎的疗效及安全性。方法：将本院2010年1月~2014年5月门诊收治的92例精囊炎患者完全随机分为对照组和试验组,每组各46例。试验组口服罗红霉素缓释片联合丹参片,对照组口服罗红霉素缓释片,共4周。4周后通过尿常规、前列腺液常规、精液常规及细菌培养结果、慢性前列腺症状评分以及生活质量评分等观察指标来评估疗效。结果：试验组相对于对照组治疗后的前列腺液常规、精液常规、慢性前列腺症状评分以及生活质量评分和对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,尿常规结果差异无统计学（P〉0.05）。结论：罗红霉素缓释片联合丹参片治疗精囊炎的可以有效缓解症状,安全可靠,效果确切。

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Roxithromycin sustained release tablets combined with Danshen tablets in the treatment of seminal vesiculitis.Methods：Ninety-two patients with seminal vesiculitis admitted in our hospital between January 2010 and May 2014 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group （n=46 each）.The study group received oral Roxithromycin sustained release tablets combined with Danshen tablets and the control group received oral Roxithromycin sustained release tablets alone for four weeks. Routine test results of urine, prostatic fluid and semen, bacterial culture, International Prostate Symptom Score （ IPSS） and Quality of Life （ QOL） scores were analyzed after four weeks to evaluate the efficacy. Results：The differences in results of routine prostatic fluid test,routine semen test and bacterial culture,IPSS and QOL scores in the study group and the control group after the treatment were statistically significant （ P〈0. 05）.There was no significant difference in urine routine test between the both groups （P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Roxithromycin sustained release tablets combined with Danshen tablets can relieve the symptoms of seminal vesiculitis.The treatment is safe,reliable and effective.
