摘要 胰腺癌是一种常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤,其预后差,早期诊断具有重要的意义。18F-FDG PET/CT集功能影像与解剖成像于一体,能够反映肿瘤组织的代谢和细胞增生水平,以及肿瘤组织与周围结构的毗邻关系,因此在胰腺癌患者的诊断、分期、指导治疗、疗效监控和预后评价等方面具有较为明显的优势。本文就18F-FDG PET/CT在胰腺癌临床应用中的价值进行综述。 Pancreatic cancer is one of common malignant tumors in digestive system,which has poor prognosis.It’ s important to diagnose pancreatic cancer in early stage.18F-FDG PET/CT combines the functional imaging of PET and the anatomic imaging of CT,it can efficiently show tumor metabolism and proliferation and the anatomic structure of tumors and their adjacent organs or tissues,so PET/CT is helpful for guiding diagnosis,staging,monitoring therapy and evaluating the prognosis of patients with pancreatic cancer.The purpose of this review is to provide an overview of PET/CT in the clinical application of pancreatic cancer.
