骨髓活检对非霍奇金淋巴瘤骨髓浸润及骨髓转移癌的诊断作用分析

Role of Bone Marrow Biopsy and Smear Examinations in Diagnosis for Patients with non-Hodgkin Lymphoma Bone Marrow Involvement or Bone Marrow Metastasis

目的观察骨髓活检和涂片在非霍奇金淋巴瘤骨髓浸润(NHLBMI)及骨髓转移癌中的诊断价值.方法对101例(62例非霍奇金淋巴瘤、39例非造血系统恶性肿瘤)骨髓活检切片及涂片进行组织学和细胞形态学分析.结果 (1)62例非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者中骨髓活检有25例存在淋巴瘤浸润,阳性率为40.32%,骨髓涂片有11例检出淋巴瘤细胞,阳性率为17.74%,在非霍奇金淋巴瘤BMI的诊断中,骨髓活检阳性率高于涂片(P<0.01);(2)39例非造血系统恶性肿瘤患者中骨髓活检有32例阳性,阳性率为82.05%,涂片有14例阳性,阳性率为35.89%,骨髓活检骨髓转移癌阳性率高于涂片(P<0.01).结论骨髓活检可提高非霍奇金淋巴瘤和骨髓转移癌的检出率,对非霍奇金淋巴瘤BMI和骨髓转移癌的诊断有重要意义.

Objective To compare and investigate the value of bone marrow biopsy and bone marrow smear examinations in diagnosis of Patients with NHLBMI or Bone Marrow metastasis. Methods We analyzed the data of plastic embedded resections of bone marrow biopsy and bone marrow smear samples in 101 patients with NHLBMI or Bone Marrow metastasis. Results On the diagnosis of patients with NHLBMI or Bone Marrow metastasis, bone marrow biopsy is superior to bone marrow smear. In comparison with the results, there is markedly significant difference （P〈0.01） Conclusions Bone marrow biopsy may be reliable than smear for the diagnosis of Patients with NHLBMI or Bone Marrow metastasis.
