他克莫司软膏治疗激素依赖性皮炎139例临床疗效观察

The Observation of the Curative Effect of Tacrolimus ointment in 139 Cases of Hormone Dependent Dermatitis

目的观察他克莫司软膏治疗脸部激素依赖性皮炎的临床效果.方法选取2012年6月至2013年12月于丽江市人民医院接受治疗的139例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组(n=60)与观察组(n=79)2组,对照组给予维生素E霜治疗,观察组则给予他克莫司软膏治疗,坚持治疗4周,对比2组患者的治疗效果.结果 (1)观察组痊愈25例,显效31例,好转14例,总有效率高达88.6%,明显高于对照组的63.4%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)观察组客观症状评分下降至(5.7±1.1)分,主观症状积分下降至(4.7±1.0)分,均明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论在激素依赖性皮炎患者的治疗中,采用他克莫司软膏方案,可有效降低患者的主客观症状积分,强化面部屏障功能,值得推广.

Objective To observe the clinical effects of tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis. Methods 139 patients with facial hormone dependent dermatitis treated in December in our hospital in 2012 June -2013 year were selected in this study, and were randomly divided into two groups： control group （n=60） and observation group （n=79） . Pateints in the control group were given vitamin E cream treatment, patients in the observation group were treated with tacrolimus ointment treatment, the treatment course lasted for 4 weeks. The curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results （1） In the observation group, 5 cases were cured, 31 cases markedly effective, 14 cases improved, the total effective rate was up to 88.6%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group 63.4% （P 〈 0.05） （2） The objective symptom scores in the observation group decreased to （5.7 ± 1.1） , the subjective symptom scores decreased to （4.7 ± 1.0）, which were significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion In the treatment of patients with hormone dependent dermatitis, tacrolimus ointment can effectively reduce the subjective symptom scores of patients, strengthen facial barrier function, so it is worthy of promotion.
