摘要
采用CMT焊接方法对铜/钢异种金属熔钎焊工艺进行试验研究.试验发现为避免钢母材的熔化与抑制钢的晶间渗透现象,焊接电流应低于170 A.在此基础上采用正交试验方法对模拟实际工况的工艺参数进行了优化设计,最优工艺参数分别为焊接电流140~160 A、焊接速度40~ 50 cm/min、工件倾斜角40°,偏移量为0.优化的工艺参数可使接头抗拉强度最高可达272 MPa,且断裂于铜侧母材.
Brazing-fusion welding process of dissimilar metals of Cu/steel was carried out based on CMT welding process.It is found in experiment that welding current should be lower than 170 A to prevent the melting of steel and suppress the intergranular penetration in steel.The welding parameters were optimized based on orthogonal experiment,and the optimal welding parameters are welding current of 140 ~ 160 A,welding speed of 40 ~50 cm/min,workpiece tilt angle of 40°and zero offset.At the optimal welding parameters,the tensile strength of the joint can reach up to 272 MPa,and the fracture occurs at the base metal of Cu side.
