摘要 针对1Cr11Ni2W2MoV不锈钢开展了闪光对焊试验,并对其焊接接头的组织和力学性能进行了分析研究。结果表明:采用闪光对焊方法焊接1Cr11Ni2W2MoV,能够获得优质的焊接接头。由于闪光对焊属于固相连接,1Cr11Ni2W2MoV闪光对焊焊缝中并无金属熔化形成的铸造组织。焊后经1 000℃油淬和570℃回火处理时,主要表现为回火索氏体组织。1Cr11Ni2W2MoV闪光焊接头的强度系数达到90%,塑性与母材相当,冲击吸收能量达到母材的71%。 Flash butt welding experiments of 1Cr11Ni2W2 MoV stainless steel were carried out,and the microstructure and properties of the joints were studied.Results indicate that flash butt welding is suitable to weld 1Cr11Ni2W2 MoV,and the high quality joint can be obtained.As a technique of solid-state welding,the joint of 1Cr11Ni2W2 MoV stainless steel has no cast microstructure formed from molten metal.The tempered sorbite formed in the joints during quenching at 1 000 ℃ and subsequently tempering at 570℃.The tensile strength of flash butt welded joints of 1Cr11Ni2W2 MoV stainless steel achieves 90%of that of the basic metal,the plasticity of the joints is equivalent to that of the basic metal and the impact absorbed energy achieves 71%of that of the basic metal.
