浅谈城市空间规划中的时间流意识——以不同时段上的城市道路功能承担等为例

Discussion on the Consciousness of Time-Flowing in the Process of Urban Planning:The Study of the Utilizations of City's Roads and Others

城市规划的价值在于通过理性指导城市建设,便利、服务城市活动。然而,城市活动的具体内容多变动不居,并不是直线型的恒定流量,且往往浑然一体,无法把彼此严格区别开并置入不同的界域。这就要求改变那种静态、为特定阶段而规划的操作模式,坚持能够照顾城市活动延续性、变动性等特征的动态、历时性规划。城市规划不能只是暂时性地解决空间资源的优化组合,还要回应城市活动接替演进在时序上的要求。某些城市空间问题的产生,即与规划中缺乏此种观念自觉有关。把时间流意识引入城市规划,有助于促进城市规划由平面规划向纵深规划转变,增进规划的持续有效性。文章以不同时间节点上的城市道路功能承担等为例进行了剖析。

The ultimate value of urban planning is for convenience to all the actors in cities. So, the goal of urban planning should be around the goal. Various acts that live in cities are not only making changings all the day, but also cannot be separated from each other. Urban planners not only need to do the work of arraying space resources for different acts in cities, but should also answer and respond to the claims of city-acts that occur in evolution times. Because of lacking consciousness of time-lfowing in the process of urban planning, that leads to the emergence of many space problems in cities. In order to promote the transformation of urban planning of three-dimensional pattern without time-scale to four-dimensional pattern with time-scale, it is time the consciousness of time-lfowing be mastered and applied by urban planners now. Thus it can improve the validity of urban planning.
